Minimum:
• Level 5 in whichever perk you use.
• 2 Suicidal achievements.
• 100 Total hours played.

Recommended
• Level 6 in whichever perk you use.
• 2+ Suicidal achievements.
• 2+ Hell on Earth achievements.
• 500+ hours played.
