I've heard a lot about it, in fact, I managed to find the mod and the information printed on the nuclear throne server, thank you very much and for your understanding!

it was _kilburn (antibirth/repentance programmer) who did the coding, portrait, menu icons, map icons, and ultra mutation art, i did the in-game player sprites, and another friend who i'm better off not naming did all of the D skin; the mod itself should be uploaded in the nuclear throne discord server, i probably posted it somewhere! hope this helps

because they only taught me how to install it, but they didn't show who the creator was or what website they got it from
