Two phase performance system in order to start and finish.

Phase 1; Execution(to get started)
- Learn how to brainstorm without hierarchy. Write out those ideas.
- Rough drafts over refined direction.
- Give yourself a timeframe to write out the ideas.
- Do not invite criticism and feedback at this phase, it kills motivation.

Phase 2; Completion(create order)
- Order is imposed and enforced, not discovered.
- Complete what you've started.
- Sometimes to enhance completion, you need to remove, not add.
- Finishing is a declaration, not a feeling.

Starting is about permission, finishing however, is about responsibility.

Begin boldly, decide deliberately and finishing faithfully.

Stewardship is not just about having gifts but multiplying them into outcomes.

Humans concepts of perfection is flawlessness without mistake but according to the scripture, perfection is that it is complete in God, mature in God and aligned to the will of God.

Perfection is correction without rejection,
Progress without pride,
Growth without condemnation.

Perfection is maturing in God.

Perfection emerges from where truth, time and training meets.

Opposition should strengthen conviction, not water it down.

When God gives a vision, and the man with the vision moves, He sponsors!

Pursuing requires picturing and perfection requires picturing and pursuing.

One of the best ways to get good success is to never forget what you've been told by God.

Write it down, make it plain!

The year would become meaningful when we stop asking "how fast can I rise? What must be done for me to be seen?"

Appreciate and build meaningful relationships that would transit you into destiny.
