For the crepes:
25g Zumub Protein Crepes (Neutral)
75ml water

For the filling:
80–100g grilled chicken breast (or shredded)
½ avocado, sliced
2 tablespoons low-fat plain Greek yoghurt
Lemon juice to taste
Salt, pepper and herbs to taste
Rocket or fresh spinach (optional)

Preparation
1️⃣ Mix the crepe mix with water until smooth.
2️⃣ Cook in a lightly greased non-stick pan.
3️⃣ Prepare the sauce: Mix the yoghurt with a few drops of lemon juice, salt, pepper and herbs.
4️⃣ Assemble the crepes: Add the chicken, avocado and rocket. Finish with the yoghurt sauce.
5️⃣ Fold or roll and it’s ready!
