Paid version is slow, poor tech support

The theme looks really nice, and I bought the professional version. The theme has serious performance issues and the technical support is not technical enough to resolve it. I provided screenshots of the errors when loading theme and they refuse to acknowledge there is any error. Finally I removed all the images from the page, and remove lots of sections, which is same as any free versions available. My suggestion is don’t waste money on buying this theme.
