Place login widget in header

Unfortunately the specia help desk are unable to assist. have been waiting 4 days for a response.
I am fairly inexperienced withe wordpress and how best to utilise the theme.
Is there anyone who can explain how to get my login/out widget into the header.
I am using Fabify lifetime theme. I have a primary menu so cannot assign the widget as a menu.
Unfortunately my site is not live yet so I cannot provide a link but can take it out of maintenance mode if neccesary.
