Responsiveness problem on mobile

Hey!

So I have a website with the Clean Journal theme and I tested it on an iPhone. The problem is that the post previews look squeezed in the page, even though there is space. What can I do to increase the width of it? Here is a screenshot so you get an idea about what I am talking.
