Suddenly getting server errors

Hello,
Using your plugin since long time without issues but now I realize I’m getting those sort of errors when a visitor visit those FAQ pages:

Any clues?

PS: in fact those errors are apparently being generated constantly, even without any visits to the FAQ page!
