    Is this a persistent error? Does the target user account still exist? User Switching returns a 404 if it can’t fetch information about the user you’re trying to switch to.

    Yes, it’s a persistent error for all users. It doesn’t matter which user I try to switch to.

    Could be a caching issue then, or another plugin on your site affecting things. The only time User Switching triggers a 404 is when it can’t fetch the user you’re attempting to switch to.
