I also use the plugin Loginizer Security.

If I grant the .htaccess file read/write permission, the Loginizer Security ask me to change the permission back to read only.

But this message I can ignore, if the LiteSpeed Cache plugin needs to have read/write permission on the .htaccess file.

So if you suggest that I should change the .htaccess file permissions to 644, I will do that. 🙂

Hi @qtwrk

I know. But my web host provider urge me to not grant the .htaccess file other than read permission for security reasons.

Is there any other workaround?

Thanks for your fast and understandable reply. 🙂

I checked the short guide related to Page Builder, and voila it solved my problems.

It was the plugin Code Snippets I tried. It work for some other CSS rules on my site, but I was not able to make it work for this.

I adjusted the rule I used from 15px to 12px but it did not show any altering.

Anyway, thank you for a solution that work. 🙂

Hi,

No! cPanel is enforcing it to 0400. It is Loginizer that want it to be 0444.

But I will keep it at 0400 even though Loginizer are suggesting to change it to 0444.

Right?

Dessverre er det ikke mulig å endre functions.php så jeg la til plugin “Code Snippets”.

Der la jeg inn koden du ga meg, men måtte endre litt. Da den ikke godtok < foran URL og > bak URL, endret jeg til ‘ foran URL og ‘ bak URL.

Da fungerte den perfekt. 🙂
