In case my response above was not clear, uploads to th Optimole Cloud Libraray seems to work as it always has.
By ‘sync’ I mean syncing between the WP library and the Optimole Cloud Library.
Another symptom that I have noticed in the last few days is that, in addition to problem with Feature Image described above, Gallery blocks are also not working with Optimole uploaded images.
(Any posts previously saved/published before these problems showed up are still working fine.)
I hope this provides some helpful clues.

I turned off extensions and tried several browsers. No change in behavior.
When adding a featured image using the Optimole library, the image shows up in the editor but then disappears when “save” or “publish” for the page or post are selected.
Also, the images that are uploaded to the Optimole library are not being synced to the WP Media library. The option to keep images in both libraries is still selected (as it has been for months). Manually syncing from within the Optimole settings does not sync newly uploaded images.
The Optimole url’s to the images are good.
I also tried switching to a default theme.
Ideas?
Thank you! the Access problem is indeed fixed.
But there are still odd problems. 1) thumbnails are not generated in the WP Media Library for images added to Optimole libraray 2) Adding Featured Images via Optimole does not work now (via Media Libraray does)
Any thoughts on things to check or do? Reset the Libraries’ connection?
