What started as sewing clothes for my two young children, has gradually evolved into many forms of creativity and 'making'. I've always been drawn to the arts and the act of creating—it's been a constant thread throughout my life. Whether through painting, writing, illustration or experimenting with new mediums, the creative process has always offered me a sense of purpose, joy and calm. There's something deeply satisfying about learning a new skill, watching it take shape through practice, and seeing an idea come to life through my own hands. For me, creating isn’t just about the final product—it’s about the journey, the discovery, and the fulfillment that comes from turning imagination into something real.

Fibre art workshops: I bring my quiet enthusiasm and gentle encouragement to each class. As a primary school teacher, I understand the diversity of learners and their individual learning styles. Creating an atmosphere and environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe and valued is important to me, and I believe is a large part of what makes a workshop experience enjoyable and successful.
