EQUESTRIAN DAY CAMPS
Camp at Dronfield Equestrian is educational and fun! If your child is eager to learn about horses and ponies with a correct foundation, then our camps are for them! We include all aspects of horse education in our camps, such as how to handle and prepare horses for riding, foundational riding skills, and how to care for horses and the places they live in. Our Summer Day Camps welcome children 8+ years of age.
​
Our camps specialize in introducing kids to horses and riding in a safe, educational and fun environment. Safety and correct foundations in all elements are our top priority; this includes riding, horsemanship, and learning about horse care. Our camps are geared towards beginner riders; this includes children with no experience to riders who have previous camp experience or are doing walk/trot in their regular lessons.

Camp runs from 9:30 am - 3:30 pm and includes a daily riding, stable management, and practical lesson. Craft/activities time, as well as snack and lunch times are provided in the schedule.

On the last day of camp (Friday afternoon) we have a camp "Horse Show" for parents/guardians to watch their child demonstrate what they have learned through the week!
