Returns and Exchanges

With exception of items damaged from shipping, all sales are final once are received; we do not accept returns or exchanges. This is because your shipping costs will be higher than ours if you return your item, and we cannot accept payments for return shipping. 

We offer reshipments free of charge in the case of damaged products. If your purchase is damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to us at support@momosworkshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the subject line DAMAGED and include your name and order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged product due to our error (excluding minor imperfections such as dust or outer packaging blemishes), we will gladly issue a refund at no additional cost. Please reach out to us with:

  • A photo showing your full order
  • Clear images of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
  • A short description of the issue

Each case is handled individually to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns Due to Order Never Arrived/Lost/Stolen

Momo‘s workshop cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. Should this occur, kindly reach out to us at @momosworkshop.com, and we will promptly file a claim on your behalf. Additionally, contacting local authorities is recommended.
