Q: What is your refund policy?

We do not accept any refunds as of right now. Our usual refund policy is within 10 days of purchase with an order confirmation number. Contact support@rectifynutrition.com for any additional refund policy or disclaimer information. 

Q: Can I still take your pre workout if I am sensitive to caffeine? 

A: We recommend starting with 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance before moving to a full scoop. Never take more than 1 scoop in a 24hr period. 

Q: How soon will my order ship?

A: The order will ship within 24hrs of purchase. 

Q: How long before a workout should I take your pre workout?

A: We recommend taking Pre Dominance 30-45 minutes before a workout. 

Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: We ship to all US States currently. We hope to ship international in the future.
