Run Coaching
When I first started running, I went out there and just ran. But as my vision cleared and I focused more prominently on goals (like running a marathon), I knew working with a running coach was going to be a huge step in my running journey.
And throughout this RunningMyselfTogether journey, I’ve enjoyed helping other women start running and find that peace of mind they’ve been searching for. That’s why I became an RRCA Certified Run Coach and an NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
My Vision
If you’re looking to BQ your next marathon, I’m not the right coach for you.
But if you’re looking for someone to teach you the basics of running, create unique running plans, help you reach your running goals, bring mental and spiritual awareness to your running, I may be the right coach for you.
If you’re trapped in negative self-talk, find yourself surrounded by anxiety, and want to take the next step forward to adapting a more active and positive lifestyle, I may be the right coach for you.
If you want to run a race and enjoy the journey along the way, I may be the right coach for you.
Running is a journey.
I believe that each person’s running journey is unique and wonderful – despite the ups and downs you may find a long the way. I believe that running can help you approach life with a clearer, healthier mind, which can in turn illuminate every other part of your life. I believe we were created with a mind, body, and soul and we need to take care of each piece of us. That’s why I do my best to incorporate mental health and spirituality into my running journey, and am happy to include that in yours.

Coaching Plans
TIER 1
- A copy of the RunningMyselfTogether workout journal – The Imperishable Crown
- Access to Final Surge, the app we use for workouts and to communicate
- Best practice running plan tailored to get you to your goal
- Week by week workouts, allowing for changes/updates as needed
- One coaching call per month
- During our coaching calls we’ll talk through:
- How everything is going
- Any questions you have
- Running tips and guidance
- Connecting mental health, mindfulness, and faith to your running journey
- During our coaching calls we’ll talk through:
TIER 2
In the Tier 2 plan, you get everything from Tier 1, plus weekly check ins from Coach Maria via Marco Polo. This allows you to ask questions whenever you have them and have more one on one guidance from Coach Maria.
