Froggy Legs Pencil Grip in Writing

Early writing activities encourage children to scribble and make marks that have meaning to them as a first experience with developing writing skills. As children learn sounds, they enjoy writing letters corresponding to the sounds they hear in words. Educators help children hear more sounds in words and write them down while also teaching correct pencil grip and letter formation starting with lower case then moving to upper case letters to establish good habits and avoid mixing cases.
