A Narrative Report in

On-The-Job Training undertaken at BCC – OFFICE OF THE IT DEAN located at Brgy. Ilang,
San Carlos City, Pangasinan

BINALATONGAN COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Day1:
On my first day of On-the-Job Training, I performed clerical tasks assigned by
my supervisor. I assisted students with their inquiries and concerns,
particularly regarding their late enrollment process. This activity helped me
develop my communication skills and familiarize myself with office
procedures.

Day2:
On the second day, I continued assisting students by addressing their
inquiries and concerns. I provided guidance and clarification regarding school
processes, which enhanced my confidence in interacting with students and
handling their needs professionally.

Day3:
On the third day, I accomplished clerical tasks such as editing an
endorsement letter. In addition, I assisted students with their inquiries and
concerns. This experience improved my attention to detail and my ability to
multitask while maintaining accuracy.

Day4:
On the fourth day, I monitored students’ responses in the BCC CAMS
Assessments. This task required careful observation and proper
documentation, allowing me to gain experience in handling assessment
records and monitoring student participation. In addition, I assisted student
with his late enrollment process by guiding him through the necessary
requirements and procedures.
