Day 1 DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT


February 8, 2025
8:00AM-12:00pm They conduct an orientation for us trainees. They explain what everything
that we need to know about the company and they tour us to the whole
building. After that the HR head assigned us to our designated department
and I was assigned at the front desk at the ground floor. My adviser at the
company explain and teach me what task that I need to do.
12:00pm-1:00pm Break time
1:00pm-5:00pm I started my task and my task was to insert the member’s specific file into
their portfolio, and my other task is to sort the file by their book numbers.

Day 2 DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT


February 10, 2025
8:00AM-12:00pm My second day morning task is just the same as my first day, I insert the
member’s specific file into their portfolio and sorted some files according to
their book number.
12:00pm-1:00pm Break time
1:00pm-5:00pm My mentor brought me to the BJMP and we supply the inmates with the
decoration materials, which is livelihood program of MHRMPC, and when
we got back at the office I continue my tasks.

Day 3 DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT


February 11, 2025
8:00AM-12:00pm I’m still doing the same task but now I’m organizing more papers than
before
12:00pm-1:00pm Break time
1:00pm-5:00pm My mentor and I went out to collect payments from those who owe money
to MHRMPC, and when we returned to the office, I resumed my work.

Day 4 DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT


February 12, 2025
8:00AM-12:00pm This morning, my mentor and I went out early to collect payments, and he
taught me how to issue receipts for those who are paying.
12:00pm-1:00pm Break time
1:00pm-5:00pm When we returned to the office, I continued organizing the members'
papers and sorting them based on their book numbers.

Day 5 DAILY ACCOMPLISHMENT


February 13, 2025
8:00AM-12:00pm This morning, I continued organizing the members' papers, and I was also
taught how to scan the membership forms and input them into the system.

1:00pm-5:00pm I organized the MHRMPC giveaways for the members and separated the
promissory notes, making sure that one copy went to accounting and the
other to the tellers.
