1. What are your strength?
Ans: I am a versatile, hardworking and disciplined person.
2. What are your weakness?
Ans: I am an emotional and impatient person. I feel restless until I complete the task
whatever is assigned to me.
3. Why should I hire you?
Ans: Sir/ Ma’am, as I am a fresher I have theoretical knowledge but I can do hard work
for my organisation and I will put all my efforts for the growth and development of
the company.
OR
As I am a good team player, innovator and dedicated person towards my work, I can
prove to you that you will never regret for hiring me as I will never let you down.
4. What are your goals?
Ans: I have always categorized my career goal into short term and long term goal.
✓ Since I am a fresher I hope to gain valuable insight and experience that will help
me in the future. I plan to build on my skills, develop a clear picture of myself
where I see myself as an experienced professional and working with a
renowned company. I want to be a valuable asset of a company.
✓ My immediate goal is to secure a position at a company like yours where I can
continue to grow and improve myself. I love to face challenges and
opportunities which will make me more responsible.
5. What are your expectations from the job?
Ans: I expect, the company should provide a friendly work environment and team
work culture where all employees and management share cordial relationship. The
friendly work culture will enable me to contribute my performance towards
attainment of organisational goal.
6. Why do you want to work at our company?
Ans: As my education qualification are matching with your organisation job
requirement. Moreover I need a platform to establish my career. And your company
is a reputed company, it will help in upliftment of career by increasing my knowledge
and abilities.
7. How long would you work for us if hired?
Ans: I will remain employed as long as my services are needed and we both are
beneficial to each other. I feel that my job should challenging and it will provide me a
opportunity to grow.
8. What are your salary requirement?
Ans: I am a fresher. Salary is not the first priority. I want to fetch a job in a prestigious
company like yours and gain practical work experience. I need a salary according to
your company norms and which will fulfill my economic needs.
9. Are you willing to work nightshift and weekends?
Ans: Absolutely Yes! As a recent college graduate, my ambition is to get a job in a
global company where I can advance over the long haul. And if this means moving in
order to gain experience and enhance my abilities, I would love explore and adapt to
new environment. There are lot of opportunities to make new friend and gaining
interesting experience from different culture.
10. Define your work ethics?
Ans: I would describe my work ethics as reliable and consistent. I enjoy my work and
find it easy to stay motivated and productive. I have noticed that I feel better at the
end of the day when I accomplish my goal within stipulated time.
11. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
Ans: Well after five years, I would like to be one of the experienced individual with
lots of skills and knowledge gained within the organisation and be able to share my
skills with your newly employed employee.
12. Tell me something about our company?
Ans: It is one of the best and fastest growing companies in India. People feel proud to
be the part of this company. So I have the best opportunity to show my talent.
13. Define success in one line.
Ans: Success is mean attaining improvement in all field compared to past and turning
my signature into autograph.
14. Difference between confidence and over confidence.
Ans: → Confidence is the good trait to have where a person is sure about his course
of action or activity and it comes from past success and right decision.
Over confidence is excessive belief in their own abilities ignoring the fact that their
decision can be wrong too.
➔ Confidence is a positive attitude for doing any work and thinking that I have the
capabilities to do the task, but over confidence is nothing but the attitude for doing
any work and thinking that no one can do that task in a better way other than me.
➔ Confidence is necessary to gain success while over confidence ruin one’s success.
15. Do you have any questions for me?
Ans: First of all, thank you for giving me this nice opportunity.
I would like to know your good name and your position in the organisation sir; so
I can answer to my friend, my teacher, my family that who took my interview and I
also want to know about my weakness because you interviewed me and as an
experienced person you can tell me what was my weakness. So, I will try my best to
enhance my knowledge.
16. Who has inspired you in your life and why?
Ans: According to me, inspiration means the person who gives you the courage to
fight your problem in a mature way. In my life, many people inspired me. Some are
encouraged and some discouraged me.
I learned from both people. When someone discourage me at that time I feel to do
it more better way to show them my abilities.
➔ My father inspired me a lot, form my childhood till today he is constant with me,
always motivating me to go further.
The most important thing he never showed how much he stressed and it shows to
tackle hard situations in front of your team players and well-wishers.
He did a lot of struggle to reach me in this position, this inspire me a lot.
17. How will you handle stress and pressure when you are at work?
Ans: Yes Sir, for me pressure means the job is challenging and it help me learn new
skills. And moreover it help in doing the work more accurately and help in gain new
experience.
18. Difference between hard work and smart work?
Ans: The difference between these two is based on how you approach the task. Hard
work means spending long hour to complete the task without any shortcuts. It gives
us the result but the process is long and stressful. Whereas, smart work will give the
same result by planning and prioritization of task.
19. Would you lie for the company?
Ans: It depends on the situation. If it is good for the company, then I will because in
my opinion if I used to lie somebody without any harm to them then its fine for me.
20. What is more important for you, work or money?
Ans: Sir, I believe that job satisfaction is more important than the amount of salary I
am paid. As a fresher I am open to learning new technologies. I will not bother about
the amount of salary. So looking at my qualification amount of salary you want to
provide me I am ready to accept that.
