Problem
Running a business is hard enough, but getting actionable insights is nearly impossible
for small business owners. The key problems are:

• Existing business software lack insight capability. Clover, Gusto, Square, or e-

commerce tools provide only basic reporting.

• Solutions like Tableau are too expensive and tailored to enterprises.

• Other solutions are too technical unless you’re an engineer - think coding,
integrations, complex setup, and even certifications.

• Hiring a data engineer is costly and time-consuming (and you risk finding the
wrong one).
Our Solution
Incredibly is a BI software tailored for small business owners. We’re empowering small
businesses by making something traditionally complex, simple for all. Why Incredibly?

• No-code: Owners want to focus on products, not tech. No coding, integration work,
or intense training required. Since its browser-based, launch directly from the web
with no servers required.

• Central Visualization: Analyze data across all sources small businesses use (POS,
payroll, accounting etc) into one central location. This removes the need to pull and
consolidate multiple reports.

• Relevant Insights: Utilize crowd-sourced templates created and shared by similar

restaurant, cafe, and retail users.

• Machine Learning: With more data and activity, Incredibly gets smarter. Our ML will
recommend different insights by recognizing patterns in your use.
Competitors
Tableau has been around for some time and is the big player
with the majority of enterprise customers. However, it’s a high-
cost solution that’s too technical for smaller businesses to
realistically use. Existing users need to maintain proper IT
assistance to use it.

GDS is not limited to visualization and does provide some

level of data transformation. While it’s great for connecting
natively to other Google services, it can’t serve as a true and
broader BI solution. Its not the right choice because majority
of businesses have data from sources outside of Google.

Jet admin is a startup that also focuses on no-code.

However, they’re targeting businesses with existing data
expertise and technical infrastructure (i.e. startups and office
setting companies). They focus on data sources that are not
used in the local restaurant and retail space. Jet admin also
has a strong focus on providing developer tools.
Market / Business Model

There are over 30 million small businesses in the United States alone. Our vision is for
Incredibly to be the standard BI solution for small businesses across the globe. It will be
offered as a SaaS solution. The pricing will range from $25-$100 per month and will
depend on:

• Tiered pricing plans

• Number of users

• Number of data sources used

• Type of technical support required

Company Progress

- After speaking with local restaurants and retailers, we’re now building the
foundational infrastructure of our prototype.

- We’re continuing to validate our idea by speaking to more owners about their data.
Some things we discovered were:

• While existing solutions are so focused on big data, the majority of real
business use cases are actually on small data sets. Less than 1GB.

• Local businesses have tons of data, but some are unsure of the type of
insights that can actually be extracted from it.

• UI / UX will be crucial for customer adoption. Owners prefer a solution that

resembles a solution they use daily. For example, Excel.

Fundraising

We’re raising a 500k pre-seed round to reach our initial milestones. With a runway of 18
months to work on:

• Key early hires

• MVP and Version 1 of Incredibly

• Early customer acquisition

• Marketing Efforts

We plan to raise another round in 12-18 months to make a stronger push in marketing
and user acquisition.

Why invest in us?

We’re the team to build this! We have experience and deep understanding of this space.

Wahyu built and led projects for Facebook’s Data Infrastructure Team. His solutions are
being used across multiple Facebook products. Eric managed teams selling retail
software to small businesses. He also sold database solutions for Oracle and
RethinkDB.

Most importantly, we both come from families of small business owners. We

understand the problem first hand, and we have a passion to solve it!
