learning process.

Pre-school(5-6yrs old) -Eagerly to learn and -motivate them through

follow the instruction promote them or give a
well of the teacher. prizes so that they
-spoiled continue their good job.
-give them limitation.

Elementary(7-8yrs old) -always feel uninterested -being a future educator

don’t give room your
student to get bored
means if you do that you
are not effective teacher,
so we need to encourage
your student to
participate in the class
then when you will
discuss give a sense of
humor.

High school(15-16yrs old) They are very -always motivate them

participative and active before start on discussion
in the lesson. and always give them
activities to develop their
communication skills.
Reflection:

1. While you are observing the learner did you recall your own experiences when you
where there age?

What similarity or different do you have with the learner you observed?

Yes, I remember when I am in High school and elementary. I am active participator

inside the class and always asking a different question because I’m eagerly to learn.

2. Think of a teacher you cannot forget for positive or negative reason? How did she/he
help or not with your needs?(Physical, emotional, social, cognitive}

When I am fourth year student in Pampanga High School…My teacher she encourage
me that whenever I speak in the front to deliver my report, to interpret something she
always said to me that.”A good interpretator like a teacher” A scenario of my life that
motivates me to be a teacher not only a teacher but rather an effective teacher wherein
I can teach mind, touch heart and transform life.

3. Which is your favorite theory of development? How can guide you as a future
educator?

According to the “Social Discipline Model of Rudolf Dreikurs” ” In case of misbehavior

we have to minimize the attention, legitimize the behavior (create a lesson out of the
behavior, have the class join in the behaviors) do the unexpected (turn out the lights,
shout out loud), distract the students (ask a question or favor change the activity) and
move the student (ask the student to another sit).To manage or discipline the students
behavior.
