VIII. Ownership
A. Form of Business
Due to the fact that all debt or loans incurred by the firm will be carried by the partners, the
responsibility of the business is unbounded. Each partner is accountable for their own
obligations. There are no unique terms or clauses in the Mc' Burger store's real partnership
agreement.
C. Deal Structure
Owners of Mc' Burger committed to invest 36,000 a month and add 24,000 for other expenses
in funding to help the business get off the ground and expand at the quick pace needed to
realize its full potential. Shareholder’s partnership income is distributed among the partners
according to their percentage ownership. Owners distribute the profits in accordance with
their agreement.
● SCARCE OF INGREDIENTS
-This is usually the common problem of business, lack of ingredients. For example the
sardines was out of stock to the store was the business usually buy, they will overcome
this by keeping stocks that is based on expiration date.
● WATER PROBLEM
-Water was one of the business need, especially water was the primarily need to clean
the kitchen utensils that their business used. When suddenly lose water because of
cleaning operation, their business are always ready. They have a gallon where the
water will be stored.
-For avoiding bad customers and how to handle it, the Mc' Burger's owners will
oriented about work ethics. They will trained how to handle and confront hot headed
customers. And if they encounter suddenly the rude customers, they will talk and ask
them calm down, to reduce the intense.
● INFLATION

Escuela San Gabriel de Colegio de San
Gabriel
Arcangel Foundation, Inc. Arcangel of

lessons, so they decide to temporarily close the store and remove all potentially
damaged equipment.

the needs of business, due to the fact of low income. They solution is to track their

business is too lingering. Mc’ Burger solution is to do a survey contains questions
about they wants and don’t in Mc’ Burger. In that way, they can create a pattern/
resolve to return the number of sales. For instance, because of survey they can be
better since they already know the wants and don’t of customers.
-Since their business is starting, they choose not to have online order. Usually people
want to order online since it was convenient. Therefore, other customers is not sure

The Owners decided to use sardines in place of ground beef for this distinctive style. In order
to make it more inexpensive, they decided to create small burgers, especially because their
specific target market is students. They take into account what the kids can afford to buy. They
can claim that their product is distinctive in comparison to rivals in this way. The owners
guarantee that they will receive the funding for their investments. They decided that their
monthly salary would be 6,500 because they will receive the revenue from their shares on a
monthly basis and because their daily wage is only 100/150 pesos each. Although the income is
below the minimum wage, this is only temporary if they have capital, the salary may rise. In
terms of price, they took their expenses into account by using cost based pricing. To keep the
price constant even when inflation occurred, they implemented buffer margin. Since they only
work for 8 hours each day, their daily sales goal of 60 hamburgers is sufficient. As a result, their
place of business is close to Muzon Pabahay Elementary School. They have opportunities to
sell because different students pass by where they are located. Making a Facebook profile for
Mc' Burger allows them to advertise or promote online, which is Quite helpful for disseminating
information about their company. For instance, by giving lomo card their business can gain
easily customers. Lomo card was pretty helpul to attract the customers especially students,
since they were fan of k-pop. Although , their business do financial statement so
they can determine if
there is an issue or just a small error in the sales per day, week, month, and year by computing
the predicted income as well. They create a chart as well, with the Mc' Burger employees
included. Finally, they list some potential threats that they might encounter and how they would
