X. Summary and Conclusion

The Owners decided to use sardines in place of ground beef for this distinctive style. In order
to make it more inexpensive, they decided to create small burgers, especially because their
specific target market is students. They take into account what the kids can afford to buy. They
can claim that their product is distinctive in comparison to rivals in this way. The owners
guarantee that they will receive the funding for their investments. They decided that their
monthly salary would be 6,500 because they will receive the revenue from their shares on a
monthly basis and because their daily wage is only 100/150 pesos each. Although the income is
below the minimum wage, this is only temporary if they have capital, the salary may rise. In
terms of price, they took their expenses into account by using cost based pricing. To keep the
price constant even when inflation occurred, they implemented buffer margin. Since they only
work for 8 hours each day, their daily sales goal of 60 hamburgers is sufficient. As a result, their
place of business is close to Muzon Pabahay Elementary School. They have opportunities to
sell because different students pass by where they are located. Making a Facebook profile for
Mc' Burger allows them to advertise or promote online, which is Quite helpful for disseminating
information about their company. For instance, by giving lomo card their business can gain
easily customers. Lomo card was pretty helpul to attract the customers especially students,
since they were fan of k-pop. Although , their business do financial statement so
they can determine if
there is an issue or just a small error in the sales per day, week, month, and year by computing
the predicted income as well. They create a chart as well, with the Mc' Burger employees
included. Finally, they list some potential threats that they might encounter and how they would
manage these kinds of situations in an emergency.
