2. Troubleshooting Hardware problems in Desktop , Laptops for PAN India User’s.
Coordinating with Vendor to Fix Hardware issues for branch user’s and PAN India
User’s . Flashing out Thin Client Which is Used to Take Remote Access of Server and

3. Fixing software issues for PAN India User’s using Remote Tools like (VNC
Viewer ,Team Viewer , Remote Desktop , Ammy Admin Tool,Anydesk,Webex) and
