I ordered three photo albums and love it. The pictures very high quality, material seems resistant. Delivery was expected for two weeks but within one week I had received them already! Very happy

Amazing customer service experience

I printed many picutres, posters and an album, and I am very happy with the experience I had with them. Something didn't go as a planned and I called customer service. I am quite demanding with customer service standards and they really did it amazing. Frendly, empathic and with quick solutions.
What I am not that happy is with MRV (their transport company) but I guess that is a review for MRV, not for them ;)

They are not professional at all

They are not professional at all. I've ordered 2 products with a total of 3 units. 1 was delivered, 2 were not. They assumed that the packages had been delivered. After multiple contacts, they finally agreed to send the packages. They are not organized nor serious and can't deal with high demand of orders. Awful customer service. Quality of the product was medium.

TERRIBLE QUALITY

The quality of the photos is beyond terrible. I ordered a photo album. The platform to design the album leaves much to be desired, but I didn’t think that was too much of a problem.
Then the album itself arrived in the mail. The photos look worse than if I just printed them at home. A complete disappointment!

Overall excellent experience

Good products, very useful downloadable design app for working offline, usually very prompt service (often ahead of estimated delivery date) and free (shareable) online versions available almost instantly. To date, for me, an excellent service, highly recommend.

Horrific service

I placed an order on the 11th of August. Tracking said it was delivered but was not. So I ring customer service multiple times. Each time they change their delivery terms. Not customer friendly at all as they answer in a very sassy way. Would never buy again from here.

Very disappointed..

Very disappointed... I ordered a photobook as a gift to a friend that I am visiting in another country. I received an email from Hoffmann a week ago mentioning that they had delays. I called and they were not able to assure me I would have the book before I leave on my trip, so I asked them to cancel my order, as it would lose it´s use if it came too late, it was quite pricey and it had yet to be produced... They refused to cancel, even though in their T&C they say you can cancel before it starts production... Customer care gave me contradicting answers and explanations every time I talk to them, it´s now officially too late to receive the book, 200 euros wasted :(...

Disappointing and frustrating.

Disappointing and frustrating.
After an update to the Hofman app, all my files were lost. No warning, no way to recover them, and no real help from customer service. Just gone—hours of work, wasted. The worst part is their total lack of accountability: generic responses and zero solutions. Unacceptable. I won’t be using this platform again.

It's a rip-off.

It's a shame of a company. The first time I use Hoffman and I have created an album. When I finished I saw that there is a high percentage of 40 percent discount but they still make you pay 100 euros when other album companies pay 50. Here they charge you 50 at the beginning and all the other pages of extras. Unbelievable. It's a rip-off.

Wonderful!

What a fantastic company! I ordered an aluminium print as a gift for my husband. Ordering was easy, I was updated throughout the process via email and my print was delivered within 48 hours. Outstanding service. I'm already considering a second order. Highly recommended.
