I made a purchase on the My Choice Software site and overlooked the system requirements. Needless to say I had to call for assistance. Alex picked up and was very gracious and provided outstanding customer service. He stepped me through the best software for my system needs. I had issues installing the software due to the software key. Needless to say I had to call back and Alex stepped me through the entire process to ensure that the software was stalled correctly. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Finn did what I would never have attempted. He answered my questions - and when they told me my correctly entered charge card was invalid, he kept at it until they finally accepted it.
Two things I don't like about the365. It's harder to "save as" and I am always afraid the automatic save won't work - and that's a problem when I am on chapter 26 of a book I am writing. I'd like to click SAVE. But Finn was wonderful. He even called me back about 15 minutes after we hung up to ask if I was able to use it.

I had purchased Access 2016, but hadn't received the download email, so I called Customer Service. Alex A. assisted me, explaining the reason I did not receive the email for the. He was patient while I checked my version of Office 365, helped locate it and confirm it. He was very patient, knowledgeable and considerate. He suggested an alternative which I accepted.

I mistakenly purchased software from this company that I later found out I could not use and no longer wanted or needed. I contacted them to ask for a refund and was advised by a very adversarial representative that they would not give me a refund.
After several days and seeing why not so favorable review, they called to tell me that they would be discussing the situation and getting back to me. To date I have not heard back from them and the charge is still on my card.
