At Otto we never cut corners with the quality of our ingredients. We use the same suppliers for our pasta dishes that Phil uses at his Michelin starred restaurants. What’s important to us is freshness, seasonality and, above all, flavour.
Whenever you order from us you can choose from eight dishes. We make our filled pasta and pasta sauces daily so freshness is guaranteed. We dropped in for an unplanned lunch today, and had two starters each : the grilled vegetables and the pappardelle with wild mushrooms. Both were absolutely superb, cooked with flair, fresh ingredients, and full of great flavours. Whoever the chef is seriously talented. Service with a smile, and great coffee too.

So used to a Carbonara made with guanciale and raw egg yolk that this version of it I found not to be one of Phil's happier moments. Sorry!
Still a great fan of many of his other lovely recipes...
Two of the three boxes arrived misshapen, not quite flat, but clearly something had sat on the bundle and caused the artichoke tub in the antipasto box to burst open in transit. First time the packaging has been involved in an accidental (no doubt) incident!

Excellent as a one-off
Our meal was restaurant standard, top class cuisine. We enjoyed the delivery experience, as a treat. The food was faultless.
The problem is - I am never going to spend money on delivery pasta, because pasta is something I cook at home a lot. So I’m a one time customer I’m afraid.

Top restaurant quality.
We ordered the truffle pasta meal and the prawn and scallop ravioli. All were very good, the focaccia was crispy and fluffy, the artichoke and also the tapenade were really good, the tapenade was very olivy and not at all bitter like some. The pasta itself was very well made and the sauces very good. I used less of the pasta water than was required as I prefer a more intense sauce but it still emulsified nicely. The raviolo were filled with lovely big chunks of prawn. The chocolate and hazelnut cream was not too sweet and not too creamy. Perfect. Lastly we enjoyed the salad dressing provided.
My only negative was with the delivery which was left by the bin in a hot day ever though my husband and son were in the house all day.
