About a month ago we asked Weebly (now Square up) to unlock our .co.uk domain so we could transfer to a different hosting company. I followed the advice on their help pages to do this myself. It didn't work. Their help pages explained it wouldn't work for .co.uk domains and advised contacting their support. We did this via email, chat and even by phone but they did not unlock our domain. They repeatedly sent us the same instructions from their help page. The instructions that their own help page say don't work for .co.uk domains. They did this even after we sent them a screen recording of their instructions failing to work. In the end I threatened to report them to Nominet. At this point they complied, without apology or explanation.
The worst 'customer support' experience ever. They did not seem to communicate with each other or bother to keep track of previous interactions. I am still not sure I was actually communicating with humans rather than AI bots.

Terrible support, can not login sms system does not work at all on laptop you can do another options also do not work, when you contact support they only waste your time and say I have to make a phone call for security reasons, theu have to ask some things , what they can do perfectly in the chat no they want you phone an expensive number, what I refuse 2 systems to get in, not working, support just closes the support chat super bad make your sms work or just close down otherwise your problems do not need to cost me money, tried 3 supports chat all useless and dumb yeah clicked the facebook logo on the site no page of square not anything on facebook so how you going to fix this first telling me terrible they tell you to phone expensive number now you say the same in the end???? meaning, you do not care at all just defending the unprofessional behavior of you people, support just cut you off multiple times, support knows the problem of sms and nothing is done, because many people complain you come here only to defend the company for what you guys are not dealing with the problem what so ever... you can phone me to get this resolved, will ya? probably not just talk talk talk and doing nothing that is SQUARE SUPPORT, i can not login my account because SQUARE not doing anything your system fails many people complain not fixing it just phone this number and driving me up to costs is that how you run your business? pathetic unprofessional

After 6 years being a customer, account deactivated without giving any reason.
When contacted support, they said they couldn't provide more details. When I said what I should do with hardware, I was told I should look for other payment providers.

Opened an account with Square as I’m a new business, as Square is one of the largest companies I was promised low fees and no hassle. How wrong could I have been?
Took my First card payment and my account was blocked with them requesting further information provided it all but they still said they needed more and was left unable to access funds and delays on new construction within my company

I have been with Square for a long time, I've have not had issues as they never contact or bother you they just take their cut and everyone is happy however, they have recently contacted me explaining i have issues on my account and telling me i have other directors, they give me information of other people that were not in my company, and clearly broke GDPR, they couldn't be bothered to even call me and explain the reason behind this or give any reassurance that this was a one off situation, I'm disappointed and will be looking for a more secure company to deal with.
