The only downside I’ve experienced relates to the external regulations imposed on them regarding MT4, but this is no fault of Tradersway. If anything, I give full credit to the regulators for causing that hardship. Despite this, Tradersway has maintained their fast and efficient handling of deposits and withdrawals, never compromising on service.

In an industry where finding an honest and reliable broker can be a challenge, Tradersway consistently sets a high standard for transparency, integrity, and excellence. I really hope this doesn’t get lost in the fake reviews or amongst the people who got scammed by a dupe site.

But here’s what to expect with tradersway, first let’s start with how I heard of them. Whilst searching for a good broker for cTrader, I came accross YouTube videos promoting them. I came across an article on forex peace army promoting them, and a few reddit posts with mixed reviews. So I was sceptical from the start but I wanted a high leverage account so I gave it a try.

I set up the account verified and everything from there, it starts to feel a little iffy, their email comes up as “sales department” already a red flag. Why wouldn’t it be the name of their business? But venturing on, they say they’re on cTrader, but the account is on a separate app you have to install to use, second red flag. I tried to connect the account to my cTrader ID yet it doesn’t exist, third red flag.

Anyway ignoring those and proceeding, I funded my acc with the minimum of $10, realised I needed more to make atleast decent gains, so I added another $10, the total margin is around $20 usd and some change to cover the conversion fees, from my currency (aud) I kept it small because you can’t be too careful. Well lucky I was careful. *Keep in mind I haven’t even taken a trade yet*

So a week goes by, I still haven’t traded, been busy with life and was just using my prop firm and trying out another unregulated broker(luckily not a scam) so on Thursday 18 July 2024 I go to make my first trade, as aud/cad was setting up according to my strategy.
I open the application to see -27.98. me thinking crap they’ve got an inactivity fee, and charged me or something. But nope, I check the trading history and see, 2 losing full margin(who the hell full margins? Smh) trades 1 on USDMXN and the biggest loss on USDSEK. The crazy thing is I don’t even trade these pairs, the spreads are ugly, and they require more margin for smaller gains imo, so it’s SUUUPER obvious what happened. Even more obvious when you see it’s right after a gap in the chart and they shorted the bottom and deactivated the 40% smart stop out

I messaged support they basically told me it’s my fault and tried gaslighting me, the dudes name was Adam.

Obviously a scam asked them to deactivate the account they obviously weren’t gonna take responsibility. My guess is it’s because I didn’t trade frequently, but either way I’m done with tradersway, do what you want with this information, I recommend depositing basically the minimum and trying it out so you don’t get scammed out of a lot of money, but that’s if they even pay the withdrawal lol.

TradersWay was a great company but now they are saying that the MT4 and MT5 platforms are no longer available for old US clients.

I made a deposit 2 weeks ago and paid the broker more money for the withdrawal today i was sent a message that there was a glitch in the system i should add more money and did till now its past 5 hours no immediate payment

Not looking good for me. I had a trade that was left open over the weekend gbp:jpy. They closed my trade saying it had reached 185.022 which was not correct. This was at open on Sunday. That trade so did not reach that level until the next day. I screenshot it and emailed to them. No response. After a second emai. Best I could get is we’re sending to the correct department. After sending multiple emails and receiving the same message, I have not heard back from them. I’m beyond pissed at this time. I can’t believe I’ve actually been scammed and there’s nothing I can do about it but complain here. Please stay away from this company. I will never ever use them again. Fool me once, but never again. I have all emails and screenshots to prove

Spreads are most of the time good ,instant withdrawal and deposition, the customer support is also really good

I've been with traders way eversince I started trading forex.. It's been like 5 years and I've never had any issues, to me traders way is the best broker.. I've recommended traders way to all of my friends.. And special thanks to kanika she has been my account manager since 5 years.. Always helpful, she deserves a raise!!!!

App was good ,support Kanika is excellent and all mails answered very fast max 2 hrs ... And money withdrawal is really fast n without any hurdles

Tradersway is user friendly broker. Very trusty and truthful broker. Highest bonus and benefits are good. Account managers also very nice. They are doing their work immediatly. Very quick response is coming. Tradersway broker is wonderful broker. I like it so much.
