FTH 2026 Craft Bazaar
Here's the link to my stall for the craft bazaar
I’m offering physical books that will be designed by me and shipped to you.
A few caveats:
*If you’re not the author, you have to have the author’s permission!
You must have a screenshot of the fic author giving permission, or a screenshot of their blanket permission statement if they have one.
*It must have a happy ending, because I can’t typeset without reading and can’t handle a tragedy right now.
*Word count between 25,000-150,000
I’ll bind a series or collection of works so long as the total word count is <150,000
*It can be any rating, but if it is Explicit you must sign the age statement in the bidding form attesting that you are over 18.
*I will pay for shipping inside the USA. If it’s outside the US, I’ll split the cost 50/50 so please check rates first. It’s expensive.
Fandoms included: Good Omens, Star Trek (any iteration), Marvel (any iteration), Sherlock Holmes (any iteration), The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings
Since I neglected to post a picture, here’s one of my work from last year’s FTH
Links below
I was lucky enough to win a bid last year and I can only scream about these bindings! They are so beautiful and carefully crafted.
@brunheiffer 's work is gorgeous! You do not want to miss this 🧡🧡🧡

hold on. everyone shut up. i need to cry about the concept of a touch-starved gun
the chain of events in this minute and a half clip is so extremely delightful and funny
kermit and scooter riffing on how their physicality doesn't let them open the envelope to announce the winner. the audience immediately cracking up when it cuts to statler and waldorf because they know what the bit is gonna be. jim henson slipping into the kermit voice accidentally before bouncing back at record speed and riffing on it. richard hunt genuinely laughing at jim's joke but doing so in-character. prime muppets was something else man
To illustrate this post by @mayahawkse I would like to visualize to you the difference:
A post in 2023:
A post in 2014:
A zoom out of the same post:
This is what a community looks like.
See how in 2023 almost all of the reblogs come from the OP, from their few hours/days in the tag search. Meanwhile in 2014 the % of reblogs from OP is insignificant, because most of the reblogs come from the reblogs within the fandom, within the micro-communities formed there. You didn't need to rely on tags, or search, or being featured. Because the community took care of you, made sure to pass the work between themselves and onto their blog and exposed their followers to it. It kept works alive for years.
It's not JUST the reblog/like ratio that causing this issue, it's the type of interaction people have. They're content with scrolling and liking the search engine, instead of actually having a reblogging relationship with other blogs in their community.
Anyways, if you want to see more content you like, the only true way to make it happen is to reblog it. Likes do not forward content in no way but making OP feel nice. Reblogs on the other hand make content eternal. They make it relevant, they make it exist outside of a fickle tumblr search that hardly works on the best of days.
If you want more of something, reblog it.
Something I see mentioned often is "I don't have many followers, my reblog won't matter" which is untrue.
First of all, reblogging, commenting and interacting is how you start gathering your own micro community, second of all— you literally do not know how far a single reblog from you could mean in the long run.
For instance, let's say you only have one person reblog from you, and that person only have one person who reblogged from them also, and so on, and somewhere ten reblogs down the line a very large blog reblogs it and boom, the post is getting more and more exposure!
You see, it does not matter if you don't have a large following so long as you cultivate a micro community with the people you do enjoy interacting daily with.
As you can see in the second picture I added, most of the reblogs were between very small groups of people, and occasionally it'll lapse into a large blog that would create a bigger reblog pool. BUT STILL. Saying that you don't have many followers and so it doesn't matter if you don't reblog is UNTRUE.
Even if someone just randomly wanders into your blog one day, it's beneficial for both sides because A. Seeing you reblog content they like might be enough for them to follow you B. They would be exposed to new content creators they didn't know previously and might also follow / reblog from them!
So yes, do not underestimate what your reblogs and words mean, just because you're not 'big' or whatever. It is not how tumblr works!!
P.S IT IS NOT CRINGE TO REBLOG 10 YEARS OLD CONTENT ON TUMBLR. YOU SEE IT. YOU LIKE IT? REBLOG IT. DOESN'T MATTER IF YOU DIG IT FROM THE DEPTHS OF HELL ITSELF. XOXO :'D <3
I wrote a post topically adjacent to this about pre-Tumblr fandom communities vs Tumblr fandom communities here: https://nyxelestia.tumblr.com/post/190350606045/bea2me-zoinomiko-weconqueratdawn (with some similar diagrams included)
You never know who is going to see a post because, you, specifically, reblogged it. You never know who is going to start following you because you reblogged a specific post, and who is going to start following you because *that* person started reblogging posts from you. You matter in ways you don't know.
I never thought I'd miss the days when I would often see the same post ten times in a row, reblogged by ten different friends with five of them making different additions to it, but it was crucial to how the ecosystem worked.
Also, if you did a post that you're proud of but that flopped, rebagel it a few months or years later, it might catch on this time!
I talked about this on Bluesky instead of over here but yeah. This idea has been WRECKING me and maybe I have like almost 20k words written for it.
Everything is totally fine and I'm completely normal.
Please please please take this idea and run with it. I'd love to see some more alternative Hanahaki fun times.
I’m paying to force seven thousand strangers to see a photo of my late husband having fun with his dog. Tumblr Blaze is totally worth it. XD
Thank-you to all of my new Internet stranger friends for being so gracious about having my post shoved onto your dashboards. I loved reading all of your kind tags and comments! Both Martin and Bosco have been gone for several years now but for 24 hours, they felt very present in my life. I greatly appreciate this gift. ❤️
Reblog to have your dashboard be visited by the spirit of joy that death can end but not erase.
Love that this is well beyond 7000 people now and still going
@leavescrown Exactly! It’s a beautiful gift. Martin and Bosco out there travelling around the Tumblr community, continually making new friends.
Reading your tag made me laugh out loud. It’s like two old friends unexpectedly stopped by your porch for a quick visit. XD
I’ll always reblog Martin and Bosco when they splash across my dash, because of Reasons.
What’s loved, lives.
There is something truly beautiful in seeing a comment like that from someone so very loved and recently lost.
Yes, Peter, you’re absolutely right. What’s loved, lives. You three boys all come back around again to see me again soon, okay?
