Jayce and Viktor as hateful as they are of one another are also in an irritating predicament that just seems to escalate further into a road map of strange relationships. (its good trust)

Her bright green eyes shining somehow brighter in the light... or perhaps they really where glowing. She looked up at the boy as he stared back and forth between the two. He stared at her and walked towards her, his golden eyes however locked on the blue orb and some other feeling in them. The girl stared at his eyes as she shook her head backing up slowly as she stumbled almost. The boy grabbed her wrist quickly and stared at her eyes that laced with fear, but she could tell, he had other thoughts on his mind. He stared at her and said "can you help me than?"

Somewhere off in another place, another timeline completely different from the one we know. Three friends have yet to meet, two cities in war, people turning into monsters after they take a certain pink liquid, a family broken that takes time to rebuild. (Yes new addition to the series!!)

The girl I swore to protect, to help. She was the one who gave meaning to this misery. She made this misery seem ok. She made the Lanes barrible.
