She also plans to attend her best friend's wedding, which is the main reason she came to this country. But her dreams of leisure are shattered when she finds herself in the middle of a rescue operation. She jumps into the water and saves several people from drowning, showing her skills and courage. Her heroic act does not go unnoticed by Hoppo, the head lifeguard of Bondi Beach. He is impressed by her performance and offers her a job as a volunteer lifeguard. Juliette is flattered by his offer, but she is not sure if she wants to work during her vacation. She asks for some time to think about it. After three hours of deliberation, she decides to accept his offer and join the lifeguard team. She thinks it will be a good opportunity to learn from the best and make some new friends.
