I have used Coolutils for 2 years now and signed up for a third term, that would speck for itself. I do legal matters which in itself consumes and enormous amount of time and documents. Anything that can diminish the amount of time needed in sorting and converting the huge array of documents produced these days is Gold. Coolutils Pro substantially accomplish that, with seconds converting 1000 of emails, simplistically, it runs itself. CK Legal.

I had two old photos in my genealogy files that were PDD files and was unable to view them. I searched for a converter and found Coolutils. I took advantage of their free converter and was able to convert the photos to jpg immediately. I would recommend their program.

The immediate respons and the solution for my problem.
For some mysterious reason my registration (on my computer) was lost. But a mail to Coolutils with the original invoice made me receive a new registration code. I am glad therefore, because I use the program Total Image Converter a lot as it works perfectly.

The OST to PST converter works like designed:
it converts the OST very simple and fast.
But compared to other products best is the test version, which works till the end without limitations (you only have to press enter several times), whereas other products convert your OST an than guide you to the payment before you can download.
Because I need to use the tool exactly one time, I didn't needed a licence but donated finally to Coolutils.

Converted a large file without any hiccups. It was an instant download without having to create an account or purchase anything. Truly a great tool.

My company has used Total Cadconvertor and CadConvertorX SDK for over 10 years, purchasing many copies during this time. After migrating servers, I couldn't reactivate the product using the previously paid exe and license key, as it said the key was incorrect. Support informed me that the key should work with the matching exe and license file from the time of purchase, but it wouldn't activate the newest version, which I didn't expect it to. Despite having the correct files, it still didn't work, effectively blocking me from using the software I purchased.

Support then told me I needed to pay $950 to get the latest version. This X SDK version is just a .dll with no notable new features in the past 10 years, except for a 64-bit version and some bug fixes. This feels like a money grab, and I am now looking for alternatives. There is no reason for this, and it just forces them to lose a long-term repeat customer.

For the reply: I don't think you should have to support it indefinitely either, but I know the keycode worked when I originally installed it with this exact version. You have stated it should work. The keycode is magically blocked now once it is out of support. I am sure you can imagine why I am upset. You could at least send me an "old" version, or keep a repository of old versions available to your customers online.
I still use an 10+ year old version on another application and haven't had to update it. There are no new features, maybe a few big fixes. Anyone can look at wayback machine 10 years ago and see the feature list is identical.

CoolUtilsCom worked incredibly well, and incredibly fast. I needed to convert eml files to pdf and I had never done it before, so I was expecting the process to take several minutes, but each of my files was converted in a matter of seconds. Each took from 2-4 seconds. that is super fast! I love this app and it's FREE to use on the internet!!!!!!! What's not to love? I higly recommend it. Sam McCrea

Update: After several attempts to contact Coolutils and finally putting in a review here, Coolutils contacted me and told me I was getting a refund and asked that I change my review on this site. They, Coolutils never answered any of my questions, why the program didn't work if they were still in business and never provided an resolution to my problem. All they did was provide me my refund with no explanation? Thanks for that! I replied back to them to ask why I couldn't use this program and why they were asking me to upgrade and spend money? No answer. Sooo, I will still give them a poor rating. I gave them 1 star for providing me my refund.

Is company still in business? I have tried multiply times to contact them with no response...... Does anyone know if this company is still in business? Any help would be greatly appreciated. The company's phone number hasn't been in service for quite awhile. A recording keeps saying technical difficulty, please try again.

Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

PDFCombine is just what I need for combining over 600 pages of songs and AT THE SAME TIME, writing a clickable index to all the songs.
A couple of queries were sorted out within the hour.
Why can't all sofware companies behave like this? Adobe?

Best support ever ! I have files an enquiry in order to have an extra feature and they have answered me with the issue sorted out in a couple of days !

I had to convert a few .HPGL files to .PDF, and after trying a few other sites with no result, this one actually did the trick!
I'd like to add money well spent, but since it's free, it's even better!
