Hard work deals with our patience and power to work whereas. Smart work deals with just

but hard work never.

HARD work means doing work physically with sweating(more time). SMART WORK means
doing work simple and give result best with the help of machines(less time).

Hardwork: It is remembers of how to work deeply and take more time in work. Smartwork: It

work under pressure & time management. I am an off roll (Contract Base) employee in that
organization and company policy is no any promotion for off, roll to on a roll, that’s why I
resigned my previous Job.
[Link] was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?
I went through many challenges which are easy going and tough. The word ‘Challenge’ itself
says that it’s going to be tough, but I take those challenges as my building steps for my
career and face with my faithful efforts in a perfect way to defeat the toughest challenges.
[Link] was the toughest challenge you have ever faced?
Although we all know that life is full of challenges, when it comes to work, my biggest
challenge was to consistently provide more than 100% of what was expected in my project
suiting to client’s requirements. Everyone can do their job, but maintaining a perfectly
consistent result throughout the financial year often becomes a tough challenge for one’s
career teaching them lessons at point of times.
[Link] aviation / What do you know about aviation.
I want to be a part of aviation industry as it is a vast and growing sector. As we all know it is
a customer service industry in which we have to tackle the customers as son as the enters
and depart from the airport. It’s a very challenging industry in which each day we face
different people from different regions and religions. I am the person who like facing new
challenges that’s why I think I am the perfect candidate for this field.
[Link] a part of the hospitality industry, aviation has always intrigued me for the added
element of travelling and meeting new people. Working in the aviation industry can give me
an opportunity to interact with people from different countries, build strong global
connections and experience new cultures. I thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment, and the aviation industry promises just that.”
[Link] is the importance of customer service according to you?
I believe good customer service means delivering on the promises that an airline makes
and creating an enjoyable experience for every passenger. Satisfied customers are crucial
for the success of any businesses. In a position where I interact with customers daily, it is
my responsibility to take care of customers’ demands, solve their problems and resolve
their queries. My extensive experience in diverse customer service roles makes me a
qualified candidate to offer premium customer service to all passengers.”
[Link] would you deal with an angry or uncooperative passenger?
Acknowledging the problem a passenger is facing is usually the first step to placate them. I
try to solve the issue or compensate them in any other way to resolve the conflict. For
example, once I faced a tricky situation when a passenger got a seat near the lavatory and
wanted me to arrange for another seat. He complained about the smell and noise and was
getting extremely agitated.
[Link] are your long-term career goals?
I hope to learn new skills and excel in my profession for now. I see myself in a senior
management role in the airline in the future. With strong experience in administrative tasks
and customer service in the aviation industry, I believe I can take on management
responsibilities in the future if I get the opportunity.”
[Link] strength.
I would say my greatest strength is my ability to multitask. This strength has allowed me to
become more efficient by finding creative ways to complete different tasks all at once.
Also, I take pleasure in knowing that whenever my team needs me to jump in to help them, I
can do this without the quality of my other work being jeopardized. Multitasking is also a
great STRENGTH to have to manage stress because I rarely get overwhelmed from too
much work.”
[Link] strength.
Attention to Detail
This is another amazing strength to have because it allows you to complete tasks with more
efficiency and accuracy. It helps you to improve your workplace productivity, efficiency and
performance. Interviewers know the importance of this strength in a candidate because
the fewer mistakes made at work, the less time is required to complete work.
[Link] strength.
“I would say my greatest strength is that I am emphatic towards people around me. For
example, I have found that new hires sometimes have a difficult time transitioning into a
team when they are not fully aware of the overall team dynamics, like how we complete
projects, delegate tasks, etc. Personally, I have been in the same position before, and it can
be very difficult. So, I now take time to introduce myself to new team members and ask
them if they have any questions. I make it a point to go over what I feel will help them excel
in their job role and transition into the team more efficiently. By doing this, we keep
productivity flowing in the right direction, and everyone continues to push their weight
equally.”
[Link] weakness.
One thing I would like to improve is how often I criticise myself. Rather than focusing on my
achievements, I tend to direct my attention to what I can do better. Although this is useful
in small doses, I am learning that it is also important to acknowledge what I do well. I am
currently working on this weakness by thinking three positive thoughts for every negative
thought I have. I am also waking up each day and focusing on a list of positive, self-loving
affirmations.’
[Link] weakness.
Public speaking has always been a challenge for me. I think it is because I focus too much
on what other people think, and I require to realise that people are often more focused on
themselves. If you accept me for this position, my first goal is to create a presentation for
my team. I want to get to where I feel comfortable and confident in presenting information.
My plan is to practice in front of family and friends and use their feedback to help me be a
better speaker.

Ensuring passenger safety
Passengers may be required to walk across the airport connecting the terminal building
and the aircraft’s runway. Without supervision, passengers may face hazards such as
vehicles moving across the tarmac, which may increase the risks of injury. They may also
get confused because of unfamiliar or improper markings. As a ground staff, you help direct
the passengers on where to proceed and assist them until they board the flight.
Sometimes, ground staff may also perform the screening of the passengers and their
luggage for security purposes. There might be customers who may not know all the safety
rules. This makes it important to always be courteous while directing the passengers.
