I called about missing signature boxes…

I called about missing signature boxes for me and my co-listing agent. The person I first spoke to was very polite and apologized but had to turn me over to tech support. That person said they would look into the problem and I should have a solution soon. I received an email saying a case had been opened and was now closed but the problem remained.i ended up using the copy/duplicate function for a locked contract and solved the problem myself. Usually MRI/CTM is fantastic software, just not this time.
