Respected sir,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally request medical leave
for a period of one week, from 23rd April to 30th April, due to a health condition. I
have been experiencing severe symptoms related to dry eyes, which have been
medically assessed as potentially threatening and require rest and treatment
during this time.
I kindly request your approval for this leave so I may recover fully and resume my
duties in good health. I will ensure that any pending work is either completed
beforehand or delegated appropriately to avoid disruption.
