Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing to respectfully request permission to avail leave from 12th January


2026 to 19th January 2026 as I have to undergo medical treatment at Karachi, as
advised by my doctor.
So I will not be able to attend office duties during the above-mentioned period. I
assure you that I will resume my duties immediately after my recovery.
I kindly request you to please grant me leave for the above-mentioned period.
I shall be thankful to you for your kind consideration.
